How to Enroll & Our Process and Procedures

Thank you for considering Rodi Daycare Center for your child’s education. To reserve a space for your child at our center, we advise you to call our Educational Director and schedule a personal tour. This session allows us to learn more about your child's needs, unique abilities, and personality. Children and their families will also have the opportunity to learn more about Rodi Daycare Center and its mission. Once you have decided to enroll your child or children at our center, please complete the daycare contract and the medical form available below. Please take note of the various policies we have in place and the accepted payment methods listed in the daycare contract. Before your child’s first day of school, you will need to have returned the completed Daycare contract, including the physician’s report to be filled out by your child’s pediatrician. Our 3K and Pre-K Programs

As of 2021, our early drop-off 3K and pre-k program is in partnership with the NYC department of education and is available from 8 am to 2:20 pm. We also offer after-school services for an additional charge from 2:30 pm to 6 pm. To learn more, call or email us at rodidaycare@gmail.com.

    I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this school. My son attends the 3k program and loves coming here. They are very detailed oriented and plan wonderful and enriching activities for the children, anything from learning about holidays to seasons, careers, feelings, clothes, etc. I particularly like that they often do work/play in pairs. My son often comes home with new words and phrases and he has improved his communication and behavior at home since the start of the year. They offer great meals, healthy but at the same time, toddler-appropriate and have the option to bring your own meals and snacks. My son has never caught any illness from here (which I understand is normal!) which is a testament to the staff and families doing a great job. The environment is very inviting (feels like a second home) and the children always look content and at ease. I am very happy to send my child here and I recommend it to other families!

    We LOVE Rodi Daycare.  Our Daughter has been a student for last year's 2019-20 and now the 2020-21 School Years.  Rodica, the owner, is responsive, professional and caring.  The Teachers are amazing (currently, Ms. Stephany), innovative, creative, and engaging.  Our daughter can't wait to go to school every morning.  Rodi Daycare has great apps and a new in classroom camera (with secure login!)  for a short viewing window so that you can see the kids having a great time each day.   We know our daughter is happy, safe, and engaged the entire time she's in their care.  Highly recommend.

    Rodi Daycare was as a second home for our 2 children who are now in middle school. They loved going there each day. The teachers are great and the owner is very involved.  Rodi understands what it means to be a working parent. She opened her business after she herself had trouble finding the right daycare for her own children. It's the most affordable daycare in the neighborhood. She works with parents and families to determine what's right for them. We always felt at ease dropping our children off as they felt very safe and comfortable. We would also get daily updates from teachers. We've recommended the daycare to many of our relatives and friends and would do so over and over again.
